Composite of originally separate fascicles. Copied by Johannes Parvus (LlorCS), except for music, initials, and rubrics on ff. 112-128', index, and original foliation, which are work of Johannes Ochon (BraunerP). Copied in Rome, for use by Cappella Sistina.
