XVIe s. 176ff. (dont 2 seul' avec musique). Papier, 143X108 mm. Foliotation ancienne: 1—164 et moderne: I—XII aux ff. de garde ajoutés plus tard. Notation mesurée blanche sur portées de 4 lignes. Aux ff. V-VIII: «Questa è la tavola di questo libro dala laude.» Rehure ancienne rapiécée de papier, dos refait.
Recueil de laudi italiennes et latines sans musique, sauf les 2 dépouillées plus bas. Au v. du f. IV, on lit: «Id. Novembris A. MDCCCXXIII.» qui représente peut-être la date d'acquisition du ms. par la Biblioteca Ambrosiana.
