XVe s. 26ff. Papier, 307 x 206 mm. Foliotation moderne. Notation mesurée blanche (1 pièce en plain chant, 2 en notation noire). 10 portées de 4 ou 5 lignes par p. Titres et initiales rubriqués.

Recueil de traités musicaux dont 2 de John Hothby: La Calliopea legale (f. l-8v) et Tractatus quarundam regularum artis musice (f. 9-14), la partie musicale proprement dite étant constituée en majeure partie de laudi à 2 et 4vx. La date 1515 ajoutée postérieurement au f. 26v ne constitue pas un élément de datation pour le ms. qui est probablement d'origine conventuelle, le no 13 évoquant une ambiance franciscaine de la Toscane (Gallo).
