XVIe s. 139ff. Papier (1f. de garde parchemin), 85 x 205 mm. Foliotation ancienne en haut des v. des ff. commençant à 11, et foliotation moderne au bas des r. des ff.: 1-104. Dans la foliotation ancienne, les ff. 52, 53 et 98 mq. Les ff. 107 r-v, 108 r-v, 111 r-v, 118 à 150 et tous les r. des ff, sauf indication contraire, sont blancs. Notation mesurée blanche. 3 portées par p. Partie de BASSUS seul.1
Les 38 concordances avec le ms. florentin I-Fn 230 montrent que Fn 337 (où l'on relève la main de plusieurs scribes) a été probablement copié lui aussi à Florence tout au début du XVIe s., époque à laquelle se rattachent d'ailleurs les filigranes du papier. D'autre part, les compositeurs les plus largement représentés sont originaires de Florence où ils ont exercé leur activité musicale à la fin du XVe et au début du XVIe s.: G. Serragli avec 9 pièces, A. Coppinus avec 6 et Bartolomeo degli Organi avec 5.
