Notation accompanies the Marian chants (f. 12/13, 25v/28), lessons (see Incipit list) and two 'Credo', one also with a German text. Polyphony on ff. 25v-27v. Copied by Nicolaus of Cosel. From the Franciscan Monastery in Czaslau.

RISM BIV/4: 15. Jh.; 151 Blätter Papier, 215 x 145 mm. Moderne Foliierung von f. 1-151. Je Seite meist 7 Fünfliniensysteme mit gotischer Choralnotation und vereinzelt schwarzer Mensuralnotation (2 Credo). - Einband : 15./16. Jh.; mit hellem Leder überzogene Holzdeckel.

Diese Sammelhandschrift stammt aus dem Franziskanerkloster in Czaslau und wurde zwischen 1416 und 1421 von Nicolaus von Cosel geschrieben. Sie enthält Briefe, Sermones, lateinische und tschechische Verse, Traktate, Glossen sowie einen musiktheoretischen Traktat (f. 144v/147). Mit Noten versehen sind Mariengesänge (f. 12/13, 25v/28), Lektionen (siehe Incipitverzeichnis) und zwei Credo, das eine auch mit deutschem Text.
