A native Icelandic manuscript containing monophonic hymns, psalms, antiphons and sequences with Icelandic and Latin texts. On f. 1r is the title: 'MELODIA. Nockrer ütlendsker Tonar jislendskum skälldskap med og af marger þeim nitsamleiger til andleygrar Skiemtunar'.

RISM BIV/3: 17. Jh.; 95 Blätter + 1 Vorsatz- und 2 endpapers 105 x 160 mm. Moderne Foliierung von f. 1-95; originale Numerierung der Lieder (zweistimmige Stücke zum Teil als 2 Nrn. gezählt). Je Seite bis zu 4 Vier- oder fünfliniensyst. mit isld. Choralnotation - Einband: 17. Jh.; weißes Perg.

Diese aus Island stammende Handschrift aus der Mitte des 17. Jh. enthält meist einstimmige geistliche Lieder, Psalmen, Sequenzen und Antiphonen mit isld. und lat. Texten. Auf f. 1r Titel: „MELODIA. Nockrer ütlendsker Tonar med jislendskum skälldskap og marger af þeim nitsamleiger til andleygrar Skiemtunar."
