RISM BIV/3: 15. Jh.; 147 Blätter Papier, 136 x 102 mm. Moderne Foliierung von f. 1-147. - Einband: mit Schweinsleder überzogene Holzdeckel.
Diese Handschrift, ein 1482 datiertes, von mindestens zwei verschiedenen Händen geschriebenes Rosarium (vielleicht aus S. Alban) enthält von f. 1-132 geistliche Texte verschiedenster Art. Ein- und mehrstimmige Lieder mit lateinischen und deutsch-niederländischen Texten stehen auf f. 132v-145: je Seite bis zu 8 Vierliniensysteme mit deutsch-niederländischer, choral-mensuraler Mischnotation (DMN).
