RISM BIV/3: 15./16. Jh.; 177 Blätter Papier, 96 x 72 mm. Moderne Foliierung von f. 1-175 (2 Blätter doppelt foliiert). Je Seite bis zu 5 Zwei- bis Fünfliniensysteme (je nach Ambitus) mit gotischer Choralnotation mit einzelnen mensuralen Elementen. - Einband: zwei Pergament-Blätter.
Diese als Liederbuch der Anna von Köln bekannte Handschrift ist in den Jahrzehnten um 1500 (mit Nachträgen nach 1524) in einem Schwesternhaus vermutlich im Räume von Köln (oder vielleicht Emmerich) von insgesamt sieben Händen geschrieben worden. Erste Besitzerin war nach f. 1r und 136v „anna van collen". 1863 gelangte die Handschrift in den Besitz der Berliner Staatsbibliothek.
Inhalt: 82 geistliche Lieder mit lat. und niederdeutschen Texten, wovon 24 mit den Melodien (davon 2 zweistimmig) notiert sind.
