Diese Handschrift stimmt inhaltlich weitgehend mit CS-Pu VI G 10 überein (Abschrift?). Sie stammt aus dem 14. Jh. (2. Hälfte?) und gehörte ebenfalls dem Prager St. Georgskloster. Seit dem späten 18. Jh. befindet sie sich in der Universitätsbibliothek Prag.
