RISM BIV/3: 16. Jh.; 384 Blätter Papier (f. 384 in den hinteren Deckel geklebt) + 1 Vorsatzblatt 480 x 320 mm. Moderne Foliierung von f. 1-384. Je Seite meist 9 rote Vierliniensysteme für einstimmige Fünfliniensysteme für mehrstimmige Stücke. Böhmische Choral- sowie schwarze und ausnahmsweise weiße Mensuralnotation - Einband: 16. Jh.; mit weißem Leder überzogene Holzdeckel, Blindpressung, Metallbeschläge.

Dieses hussitische Gradual-Kantionale wurde 1512 von Martinus Baccalarius de Vyskytná geschrieben. Es stammt aus Kolín nad Labem und gehört mit zu den wichtigsten Quellen utraquistischer Mehrstimmigkeit.

Inhalt: Mit Ausnahme von Incipitverzeichnis Nr. 54 sind alle Texte lat. Die Handschrift beginnt mit einer Sammlung von Ordinariumssätzen, es folgen Propriumsstücke, Sequenzen, Kantionen und Motetten (Cantilenae).
