General Description

Polyphonic pieces are on the four flyleaves of this Lectionary; these flyleaves belonged originally to the same manuscript as the flyleaf in CivMA 63. From the Collegiate Church of Santa Maria Assunta, in Cividale del Friuli.

RISM Description

Lectionary of 38 folios in total, plus 2 flyleaves at each end. Foliation includes all but final flyleaf. Music on the two bifolios which form the flyleaves. 6-line staves.

RISM B/IV 4: 14./15. Jh.; 38 Blätter Pergament + 2 Vorsatz und 2 Nachstoßblätter. Pergament, 382 x 260/275 mm. Foliierung von f. 1-41 (beginnend mit dem ersten Vorsatzblatt und endend mit dem ersten Nachstoßblatt).

Diese aus dem Dom von Cividale stammende Handschrift ist ein Lektionar des 14. Jh. Musik enthalten nur die aus 2 Doppelblätter bestehenden, in falscher Reihenfolge eingebundenen Vorsatz- und Nachstoßblätter, die einer größeren Handschrift des späten 14. oder frühen 15. Jh. - vermutlich der gleichen wie das Blatt aus I-CF63 - angehören. Das Format ist ungefähr dasselbe wie die Blätter des Hauptcorpus. Die schwarze und schwarz-rote Mensuralnotation steht auf Sechsliniensystemen

The polyphonic pieces are on the four flyleaves of this 14th-century Lectionary; these flyleaves belonged originally to the same manuscript as the flyleaf in CivMA 63.
