A Cantatorium consisting of 70 folios (plus 2 unnumbered folios stuck to each cover) containing three polyphonic pieces written in an entirely different type of notation from the chant. The Sanctus on f. 32v was written on a blank page but the Benedictus lacks the ending (Expl. 'in nomine domini o-'). The two-part Kyrie fons bonitatis is written in the lower margin of f. 58v-59 in primitive staffless neumes which appear to correspond with the other polyphonic versions of this piece. Like the preceding piece, the two-part Cunctipotens on f. 59v-60v, is written in score in the lower margin, but this time in elegant Gothic neumes in the same faded brown ink as music and text. This composition seems to be a unicum.

The binding is older than the manuscript, and consists of two thick wooden boards with brown leather across the spine and valuable ivory reliefs of the 9th or 10th century on the front and back covers. This binding previously belonged to an Epistolarium presented to the church by Count Ulrich of Lenzburg (d. 1074), according to a note in the Directorium Chori which dates from 1207.
