Copied by several scribes, including 'JMPM,' who entered Lassus' 'O sacrum convivium' on June 23, 1613. Probably copied in Lübeck, for use at St. Peter's Church.

Each book has original covers of white leather and black parchment, inscribed with date '1586,' voice designation, and several monograms ('LC,' 'M ET V,' 'MN,' 'IL,' 'H'); remnants of leather ties.
