111 paper folios, 375 x 270. Ten folios are now completely or partially torn out. Original pagination (with errors), 1-227; modern ink pagination wherever the original has been trimmed away. Original covers of dark brown leather on boards, with metal corners. No index.

Before 1737 (this date of usage appears on p. 99). Probably copied for the cathedral at Ávila (Crawford).
