RISM B IV/3: 15. Jh.; 200 Blätter Papier, 210 x 147 mm. Moderne Foliierung von f. 1-200; originale Foliierung a V-X, b I-X bis q VII (einige Blätter fehlen). Je Seite bis zu 8 schwarze Fünfliniensysteme (vereinzelt auch Drei- und Vierliniensysteme) mit böhmischer Choral- und schwarzer Mensuralnotation — Einband: nur Reste des originalen Einbandes erhalten; mit Leder überzogene Holzdeckel.
Diese Handschrift, ein aus der Prager Kapitelskirche St. Peter und Paul (Vyšehrad) stammendes Kantionale, gehört mit zu den wichtigsten Quellen böhmischer Musik. Sie wurde um die Mitte und in der zweiten Hälfte des 15. Jh. von verschiedenen Händen geschrieben und enthält vor allem lat., aber auch vereinzelt tschech. textierte Gesänge.
Inhalt: f. 1-22 Ordinariumssätze; f. 23-36 Kantionen; f. 36v-38 Patrem; f. 39-68 Kantionen; f. 68-76 Ordinariumssätze; f. 66-80v Kantionen; f. 81-139v Sequenzen, Tropen, Kantionen und tropierte Ordinariumssätze; f. 140ff (etwas jünger) Sequenzen, Ordinariumssätze, Alleluia.
