XVe s. 144 ff. Parchemin, 250X185 mm. Foliotation ancienne. Notation mesurée blanche. Reliure ancienne cuir estampé.

Dans ce processional du XVe s., on a copié postérieurement, au v. du dernier f. une composition à 3 vx. sur 3 portées superposées. Au même f., on lit: «Bernardus S.» qui représente peut-être la signature du copiste.

Monophonic contents copied in chant notation by "Bernardus S." (inscription on last page); polyphonic "Sancta Maria" on last page is later addition in white mensural notation. Polyphonic piece has small inked initials.
