General Note
Tentative attribution to Isaac: Cattin notes that opening of imitation and phrase of Regnum meum is almost identical to that of Isaac's "A la battaglia"; Adam Knight Gilbert (dissertation) argues that Regnun meum is the work of Isaac, and shares much in common with the Benedictus of Isaac's "Missa Chargé de deuil".
