Royne du ciel / Regina caeli laetare alleluia

General Note
The version in I-Fn MS Panciatichiano 27 is concordant with Petrucci's Canti A, but the version in I-Bc Q.17 differs significantly. The opening motive is altered and extended, and (in modern terms) two extra bars are added before it then lines up with the Canti A version (ie bar 8 of Q.17 = bar 6 of P. 27/Canti A). After this, there are also some other more minor differences, but the pieces are clearly the same except for the opening, which is really quite different. (W G Kempster)
