attribution proposed (by Opienski & Perz) as it is 'paired' with another motet for the birth of a Polish prince
General Note
For the birth of a son of Władysław II Jagiełło in 1426/7. The text is also preserved (without music) in Prague MS VI A 7, f. 164v, where the text is attributed to S[tanislaum] Episcopum Poznanen[sem] - Stanisław Ciołek, vice-chancellor to Jagiello and Bishop of Poznan.
