This codex is thought to have originated in a Franciscan scriptorium at Stary Sacz. It contains the Proprium de Tempore (the Commune Sanctorum appears in a companion MS 388). The only polyphony is a marginal insertion at the bottom off. 130 v: a two two-part Benedicamus dominos, of which the second is written immediately below its cantus firmus in the plainsong corpus. The script is Gothic.
