Original covers of light tan leather over boards, with metal bosses and remnants of clasps. No index. Primary and secondary initials are alternately red and blue, with filigree work (sometimes extending to borders). The manuscript contains a calendar, a psalter, several litanies and hymnaries, an Office of the Virgin, and an Office of the Dead; the polyphonic pieces are later additions.

Date 1381 appears on f. 258 ("Hos hymnos fecit fieri dominus Jo. de Fontanis, Cameracensis capellanus, anno domini MCCCLXXXI"); the polyphonic hymns were added ca. 1435-50. Copied at the Cathedral in Cambrai.
