General Description

The MS corpus consists of Priscian's De ordinatione partium orationis. At the bottom of both f. 60v and 61v are the words Celestinorum de Ambianis. The script of the MS is very similar to but larger than AS 941. It is also written straight across the page and there are 14th century glosses. The margins are wide. The music appears on a single flyleaf, which may have been with the MS since the 14th century. It consists of two incomplete but otherwise known Ars Nova motets in notation of the period. The TV and Mot are in the usual 2 cols., the TV extending across the bottom of the page, and the Mot with the T on the right.
