RISM B/IV 3: 14./15. Jh.; 170 Blätter Pergament + je 1 Vorsatz- und Nachstoßblatt, 280 x 205 mm. Moderne Foliierung von f. 1-170. Je Seite 7 bis 9 schwarze Vier- oder Fünfliniensysteme mit böhmischer Choralnotation des 15. Jh. - Einband: 15. Jh.; mit rot gefärbtem Pergament überzogene Holzdeckel.
Sammelhandschrift verschiedener Hände und gemischten Inhalts. Sie stammt aus einer Prager Kirche (vergleiche f. 151v: "Iste est ordo pragensis ecclesie"). Mehrstimmig ist nur der unvollständige Liber generationis.

The 7-9 black four-or five-line systems per page with Bohemian chant notation of the 15th century - Cover: 15th century, with red-coloured parchment-covered timber boards.
Collection of different manuscript hands and mixed content. It comes from a Prague church (see f. 151v: Iste est ordo Pragensis Ecclesie "). Only the incomplete 'Liber generationis' is polyphonic.
