Discovered in the binding of an homiliary in the Archdiocesan archive in Poznan in 1989. The host manuscript dates from the 1430's; one work shows in a Latin inscription that it must have been written before 1432. Contains trecento music [Leszcynska]. It is impossible to re-create all of the contents exactly.
