General Description

The lower half of the first fragment in St. Gudule (B-Bc I). The recto contains a unique second Cantus for Vaillant's ballade 'Par maintes fois', the verso the Cantus and Tenor of Pykini's virelai 'Playsance or tost'. The recto and verso designations in RISM should be reversed.

According to https://www.iaml.info/sites/default/files/pdf/belgium.pdf in 2015 the Royal Conservatory of Mons acquired the Fernand Leclercq collection (obituaries for a music teacher Fernand Leclercq of Mons appear in September 1992). It is unknown if this fragment was included in the purchase/donation.
