RISM B/IV 4: 14. Jh.; 172 Blätter Pergament, 320 x 260 mm. Moderne Foliierung von f. 1-172; originale Foliierung von f. I-CXXXIX (= moderne f. 7-145). Je Seite 11 Fünfliniesysteme mit gotischer Choralnotation - Einband: mit Leder überzogene Holzdeckel, Blindpressung, 2 Schließen.

Diese Handschrift ist ein Graduale aus Heinrichsau (Henryków), die vermutlich in der zweiten Hälfte des 14. Jh. geschrieben worden ist (die Datierung in Göbers handschrift Katalog: 1. Hälfte 14. Jh., ist wohl etwas früh).

Inhalt: f. 1-6 Kyriale; f. 7-145r (originale f. I-CXXXIX) Graduale (Temporale, Sanctorale); f. 146-172 Sequenzen, Lektionen.

This manuscript is a Graduale from Heinrichsau (Henryków),which was probably copied in the second half of the 14th century (in the dating in Göbers manuscript catalog: 1st half 14th century, is probably a little early).
