Fragments pasted into [Ordinal] Ordo manualis [Ferrariensis Ecclesiae]. The ordinal was probably copied in Ferrara, between c. 1323 and c. 1350; the fragments date from c.1420-1450 (perhaps most likely c.1440) [communicaton from Michael Scott Cuthbert.]
