RISM B/IV 3: 15. Jh.; 320 Blätter Pergament, Regal-Format. Jüngere Foliierung von f. 1-320. Je Seite 9 Fünfliniensysteme mit gotischer Choralnotation (Punctum rhombisch), vereinzelt mit schwarzer Mensuralnotation - Einband: mit Leder überzogene Holzdeckel.

Diese Handschrift ist ein Graduale, das 1435 für die Parochialkirche von Zittau geschrieben worden ist; "et est comparatus per honorabilem fratrem dominum Johan Gotfridi de Goltberg tunc temporis ibidem commendatorem et plebanum..."

[Translation] 320 parchment sheets, shelf format. Newer foliation for f. 1-320. 9 five-line systems per page with gothic choral notation (Punctum rhombic), with isolated black mensural - Binding: wood covered with leather cover.
