Four partleaves which, when folded, make a small booklet of 8 folios (16 pages), photographed opened out flat. Twelve of the pages have uneven hand-drawn, and rastrum-ruled five-line staves. There is one chant 'alleluia' and several parts of polyphonic music in 16th/17th-century mensural notation distributed across the leaves, along with pen-trials and doodles. The fore-edge is trimmed, losing the clefs on most of the folios. One voice part is labelled 'tenor'. Stitching holes in the centre-fold indicate the leaves were originally held in a booklet. There appear to be at least two different music hands.
Offsets indicate the fragments may have been used as binding reinforcement at some time.
