Single part from an otherwise unknown, short setting of Ave Maria added to a liturgical psalter printed by Wynkyn de Worde in 1503 ('Explicit psalteriu[m] cu[m] antiphonis d[omi]nicalib[us] & ferialibus suis locis insertis, vna cu[m] hymnis ecclesie Sa[rum] & Eboracen[sis] deseruie[n]tibus'). The book was at one point owned by 'Rychad parkar'.
One line of music is entered across the last opening of the index, at the end of the book (and there are also two pages of chant notation on the rear flyleaves).
