General Description

Flyleaves from the binding of a volume of Biblical glosses from the first third of the 13th century. 2 bifolia, 1 at front (A-Bv) & 1 at rear of book (C-Dv). The rear bifolio is from the centre of a gathering as the texting is continuous across the two central folios.

Contain texting for, and space for copying, 2vv conductus settings whose texts are concordant with those in W1, W2 and F - but no music was actually copied. The script is slightly earlier than that of the parent volume.
