A 1502 printed book containing works of Nicholas of Lyra and Heinrich von Friemar, whose damaged front flyleaf is a repurposed parchment folio containing two-part Notre Dame polyphony. The recto of the leaf preserves the end of Alleluia. Epulemur in azimis sinceritatis, and the verso preserves the start of Alleluia. Nonne cor nostrum.
