The manuscript additions occupy D-47 folios, T-4 folios, B-45 folios. Copied by several scribes; scribal concordances with some other WrocU manuscripts. Formerly owned by Brieg Gymnasial-Bibliothek; transferred to present location in 1890.

Binding
Rebound in modern covers of black cardboard; each book has modern paper flyleaf at front and back. Original covers of plain parchment now bound in as second flyleaf at front and penultimate flyleaf at back of each book.
