Fragment of parchment re-used as an envelope, some losses at folds. From a codex probably written in Italy; the same pieces occur in the same order on ff. 67v-68r of the Buxheimer Orgelbuch, suggesting a common source. The use of stroke notation possibly suggests intended use by instrumentalists; the pieces also have incipits but are untexted.
