A reconstruction of a manuscript which was subsequently re-used as flyleaves in several Worcester manuscripts, and now survives as a set of fragments in two separate collections. Fragments from the collections Worcester Add. 68 and Bodleian MS. Lat. liturg. d. 20 - qqv. - form parts of this reconstruction.
The original ms was substantial, but fragments remain of only a few more than 13 folios. Offsets in MS. Bodl. 862 preserve mirror images of one surviving page (f. 6) and one lost page (14r). The ms. was probably broken up in the 1520s; fragments have been recovered from volumes bound c. 1527-31, most surviving in Worcester Cathedral. The original order of the fragments cannot be determined apart from some local continuities between leaves; the order here follows EECM57.
