Two witnesses of this edition apparently survive, one at New College, Oxford, the other in Liverpool Anglican Cathedral’s Radcliffe Library, presently housed at the Sheppard-Warlock Library, Liverpool Hope University. The Liverpool copy was digitized for the Sarum Hymnal project (with thanks to Karen Backhouse and the British Academy).
