Monastic breviary in Latin and German without music notation, used at Hermetschwil Abbey. The rubrics are primarily in German. The binding is from the workshop of dominus Valentinus. On the inside of the rear board is the offset of a polyphonic page which is apparently no longer in the MS. There are signs of 5-line stave offsets on the verso of the rear endleaf facing the rear board.
