General Description

cut from 2 leaves (possibly consecutive). A note with these fragments reads: 'Dutch musical score of Credo and Gloria on vellum, c.1500, made up from fragments found in 1951 forming the bands of eight volumes of Petri Foresti Observationes, Plantinh, 1584-1606, when these were restored. There is a similar MS. in the Bodleian.' Fragments now reconstructed into two partial folios, probably by Anshelm Hughes c.1950, secured with sellotape.
