General Description

An Altus partbook from a set of four volumes, each of which consists of the print RISM A1291, with manuscript additions on originally blank leaves at back of book: two Italian secular pieces by S. (or C.) Festa and Verdelot.

Copied by two scribes, one of whom also wrote manuscript addition in LonBLM K.4.g.3. Copied in Low Countries? Purchased by present library from Bernard Quaritch Ltd. in 1911.
