General Description

Collection of three treatises of 15th century theology from the collection of Clairvaux: Baptiste Mantuani ‘Parthenice’; Robert Gaguin ‘Carmen de Conceptu immaculato B. Virginis’; Anthonii Geraldini ‘Carmina sacra bucolica’. On the boards were glued the fragments of a rotulus containing a concordance of the Fauvel Roman ‘Super cathedram Moysi latitat / Presidentes in tronis seculi / Ruina’ and a concordance of the Codex Las Huelgas ‘Fa fa mi fa / ut re mi it’. This fragment was the topic of a paper at MedRen 2012. See David Catalunya, bibliography.

Recueil de trois traités de théologie du XVème siècle provenant de la collection de Clairvaux. Comprenant : Baptiste Mantuani, Parthenice ; Robert Gaguin, carmen de Conceptu immaculato B. Virginis ; Anthonii Geraldini, Carmina sacra bucolica. Sur les contre-plats ont été collé les fragments d’un rotulus contenant une concordance du Roman de Fauvel Super cathedram Moysi latitat / Presidentes in tronis seculi / Ruina et une concordance du Codex Las Huelgas Fa fa mi fa / ut re mi ut. Ce fragment a été présenté au MedRen 2012[16]. David Catalunya prépare la publication d’un article monumental sur ce fragment pour le Journal of the Alamire Foundation.
