Tabula Decretalium from the Abbey of Cluny, containing polyphony on the upper and lower counter-plates. Upper counter-top: Sq. [...] rationalia intelligentia natum ..., sequence to text unpublished no doubt for visitation. Lower Bottom: Sq. [Salve regina glorie] with an amen with two voices, we find this sequence with amen to two voices in the Latin manuscript 5247 [14] of the BNF (136v-137v).
