Liminary Note

(In summary: this hymnal was used by the Choir of Onze Lieve Vrouwe in Sint Janskerke in 's-Hertogenbosch; hidden after the Reformation; and then distributed with other books among those still in the Brotherhood. This copy passed to Jan van Heurn, Provost of the brotherhood, and on his death to his son Frans van Heurn.)
