General Description

The result of several books being combined and bound into one, probably in the last quarter of the seventeenth century. Now an anthology of introits by authors from different times (16th and 17th century),in turn copied by different scribes. The book is divided into distinct parts which contain not only introits, but also other works.

Ruling

Most of the pages contain 11 staves, except those from the initial sheet up to f. 28v and from f. 34r to 53v. At the end of the codex, on folios 88v and 89r are only four staves per page, two staves for each of the two voices on each respective folio, while the fols. 91r and 90v include 10 staves per sheet.

Index

the original index at the beginning ends on fol. 63 with the work Rorate coeli by Alonso de Tejeda, even though the manuscript, as stated before, actually contains 91 fols.
