General Description
Binding
Wooden boards covered with brown leather with blind tooling. Czech lion, IHS, floral and geometric motifs; corner fittings, the remains of metal clips and traces of a central boss. Contemporary.
Notation
mostly chant rhomboids with monophony and polyphony in black void and black full mensural notation interspersed, in both diamond and rounded forms, and including fusae
Date
Paper may date from c. 1500; but dates in ms 1567, 1575 in several places.
