This MS, apparently a book of chant (perhaps an antiphonal), is lost. A photograph survives of the first folio (containing an Ave Maria in chant) and the flyleaf opposite, with shelfmark Brussels, Koninklijk Instituut voor het Kunstpatrimonium, 26965 (no.34). The flyleaf contains a 5vv 'In deliciis tuis'.
