A single folio, re-used to bind another book. It contains parts of an anonymous Salve regina in 5vv (S, Ct, T1, T2, B): the recto contains Ct, B, T2 of the sections 'Vita dulcedo ... Ad te suspirantes', while the verso contains S, T1, T2 for the end of 'Ad te suspirantes' and 'Et Jesum benedictum'. The text of T2 is cut off, but it appears that T2 was copied across both folios of each opening underneath the other 4vv.
