A single folio recovered from a book binding, containing part of a Regina caeli, probably originally for 5vv. 'Quia quem meruisti/Ora pro nobis' including part of a Ct (only the bottom of the top stave remains), Bassus, and the first line of T2 with text cut off. (Schreurs only illustrates recto; verso presumably blank or illegible.)
