original foliation 1-35; modern foliation 36-148. A second foliation start at f. 37, running from 1 -28, and at f. 66 a third, running from 1 -27. At f. 94 the the first foliation continues, running from 40-92. A leaf is unfoliated between 64 and 65. A leaf is missing between 92 and 93 (with no loss of text); leaves are also missing after 101, 103, 147 and 149, all with loss of text
