dark leather cover (KyrissAB, 156 No. 6, 158 No. I with gold inlay). On the back lable 'Officia pro Fidilibus defunctis. IV, V et VI Vocum und I'; four coloured cloth clasps; two completely torn out, five partly torn out leather tabs at the coloured edges.

Under every title is a woodcut Death with Scythe and Hour Glass with surrounding inscription 'O Mensch dein letste stund betracht Dann du fur gerich wirst gebracht Ain grosse Rechnung mustu geben Von all dein thun und gantzem leben'. 265v has a final stamp FIT
