A Quintus partbook of a set of 5 (DATB from same set now PragU XI B 1). Copied mostly by 'Johannis Senioris Cantoris' and Wenceslaus Zyma, named in preface; five additional scribes. Copied in Prague, for use at Church of St. Michaelis Opatoviensis (PlocekC).
